Make Up Your Own Day!

Employees will never forget the day their boss announced “Favorite Color Day!” Okay, there isn’t really a day observed for favorite colors, but you can make one! Why not? You’re the boss and can do whatever you want. Be creative by selecting a day for all employees to wear their favorite color and have a luncheon featuring colorful foods (on the company of course!). Also, have some promotional napkins made up and a few logoed giveaways. This could be an annual event that will bring your employees together and boost their workplace morale.
