CFOs Favor Cash Bonuses as Employee Rewards

According to a recent Accountemps survey, 46% of (1,400) CFOs cite cash bonuses as the most effective way to acknowledge a job well done by the accounting team after a major project. Time off came in second place.

Cash bonuses are nice, but there are more cost-effective ways to reward employees for businesses that aren't in great financial shape. Personalized business gifts with high perceived value may not cost you much, but employees will appreciate and use them all the time.
