Employers Look Ready to Reward in 2010

According to the annual Reward Survey from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, employers seem to be re-focusing their attention on rewarding employees properly as positive economic outlook grows. Because more companies are gaining back some confidence regarding their financial future, they are making sure that the loyal, hard-working employees who got them through the downturn are properly rewarded.
