
A great way to motivate and encourage your employees to make big sales is to promise a big reward. Vacations to a tropical resort or a few more paid vacation days go a long way when trying to get your employees to up their sales. Since vacations can be a bit expensive, make sure that the your employees really have to earn it. For instance, offer the vacation up to anyone that can double their sales from last year, that way you know that they truly deserve the reward.
